I went to the Prairie River in the northeast of Wisconsin. I started fishing at narrow upstream above the bridge on R&H Rd.
There are trees on both sides of the river, so it's not easy to cast fly line here.
I caught three small brook trout and some chubs, and lost many flies here.
After late lunch and beer, I went to downstream. There were many brook trout and mosquitoes.
I caught 8 small brook trout and many mosquitoes' bites. I forgot to spray DEET on my neck.
